I just got the same email! I run a bakery and he mentioned cupcakes in the subject of the message he sent to me.

Hi
I called the number in the email. When I got through, the operator came on and gave me a new number I should call (101 45 78#. She then went on to say that to call that number I had to be over 18 and that it would cost me $3.00 a minute.
So obviously, these letters are definitely spam.
