I say this on every lottery post. No organisation anywhere ever holds random lottery draws. It just doesn’t happen. You CANNOT WIN a lottery/draw that you haven’t entered. These emails are all scams. The scammer wants to take your money by charging you fees. Ignore him or her.

Have you been defrauded out of $500k??? I doubt it. So why would you think this is real? It isn’t. It’s just a scammer who wants to take money from you by charging you fees. In fact the scammer tells you to send $155. Why on earth would you have to pay to receive the money if you really were entitled to it.

This is a scam. NEVER click on a link in an email that claims to come from a government department. ALWAYS enter the address of the department you want DIRECTLY into your browser.

Look at that link carefully. The first part ends with hmrc-child.com – this is NOT the address of the real inland revenue site.

“Mrs Moyo” tells me she is in “urgent need”. What is she in urgent need of? My money – or yours. She’s a scammer. She doesn’t have millions of dollars inherited after the untimely death of her husband in tragic circumstances. She wants to get her hands on your money by charging you fees. Ignore her.
