A reader forwarded me this scam. Why would the “British Lottery Council” award you a prize in “United States Dollars”. We do have our own currency! This is just the usual rubbish from a scammer whose only interest is in getting hold of your money. This scammer will just start trying to charge you fees if you make the mistake of replying.
