Yes – you got it – she’s a liar.  She doesn’t work for Fedex and she doesn’t have a bank draft for you.  It’s an advance fee fraud.  She just wants to get her hands on your money by charging you lots of advance fees for the non-existent bank draft.  She even tells you how much to send as a first payment – $180.

Just delete the email and don’t reply.
