CAPITAL WELFARE LOTTERIA – Winner

Short and to the point this one.  My hard working email address has won €150k.  The phone number comes from the Balearic Islands.  Has my email addy been enjoying a holiday in the sun while I’ve been sitting at home surrounded by snow and ice?  If it has, it forgot to send me a postcard.
